Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Overview

Tinashe Benson AI Consultancy ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Contact details you provide voluntarily, such as your name, email address, and any message content, when you book a call, email us, or reach out via WhatsApp.

Basic technical information automatically collected by our hosting and scheduling providers, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and improve performance.

How We Use Your Information

To respond to your enquiries and schedule and conduct strategy calls.

To deliver, support, and improve our automation services where you become a client.

To maintain the security and performance of our website.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and Consent

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing this site stores on your device by default is a record of the cookie choice you make, so we do not have to ask again.

Everything else is optional and stays unloaded until you allow it: the Calendly booking calendar, the ElevenLabs voice assistant, and aggregate page-view analytics. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a decline for everything optional without asking you.

Analytics

When you allow it, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, such as which pages are visited and how visitors reach us. It is cookieless, does not identify you personally, and is never shared for advertising. Decline it and nothing is collected.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party tools to operate this site: Vercel for hosting and analytics, Calendly for scheduling, ElevenLabs for the voice assistant, and Google Fonts for typography. These providers process limited data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. The cookie policy lists each one, what it stores, and for how long.

If you start a conversation with the voice assistant, what you say is sent to ElevenLabs to generate a reply. Do not share anything confidential with it.

Legal Basis and Retention

Where the GDPR or similar law applies, we rely on your consent for optional cookies and embedded tools, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing a website for the strictly necessary parts. Enquiries and client correspondence are processed to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you.

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, and client records for as long as needed to deliver the work and meet our tax and legal obligations. After that they are deleted.

International Transfers

We are based in Zimbabwe and our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We only use providers that commit to appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Your Rights and Choices

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, or ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what came before.

We do not send marketing emails or add anyone to a mailing list from this website. If that ever changes it will be opt-in only, and every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe.

We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@tinashebenson.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
